Welcome to the Utah Lake Commission The Utah Lake Festival was held on Saturday, June 6 and was a great success! We hope you were able to join us! If not, plan on attending next year. The Utah Lake Commission and the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire & State Lands has recently completed the Utah Lake Master Plan. The plan creates both a vision and management plan for Utah Lake that will guide the Utah Lake Commission and its member agencies in future decisions affecting the lake. A signing ceremony adopting the document will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 26 at the Utah Lake State Park located at 4400 West Center Street in Provo. Senator Bob Bennett is scheduled to be in attendance and we are anticipating confirmation of attendance from other invited guests. Members of the Utah Lake Commission Governing Board will also be in attendance. The plan can be accessed by clicking on the "Master Plan Document" link at the right. |
